By submitting the franchise inquiry form on this website, you ("You" or "User") agree to these Terms and Conditions governing the Zoom Room Franchise text messaging program operated by Zoom Room Franchising, LLC ("Zoom Room," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit the form or opt in to receive text messages.

2. Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our franchise inquiry form at https://franchise.zoomroom.com/request-info, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Zoom Room Franchise. These messages are related to your franchise inquiry and may include:

  • Responses from our AI-powered franchise assistant, Samantha
  • Information about Zoom Room franchise territories and qualifications
  • Meeting scheduling and follow-up communications from our franchise development team

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our franchise assistant and development team. You may receive multiple messages during an active conversation and periodic follow-up messages thereafter. The number of messages you receive depends on the nature of your inquiry and your level of engagement.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Zoom Room does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received a message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Additional opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE.

7. Consent

By opting in to our text messaging program, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you consent to receive text messages at that number from Zoom Room Franchise. Consent is not a condition of purchase or participation in any franchise opportunity.
